A note from the physician

I've spent most of my career as a hospitalist — treating people after something has already gone seriously wrong. A heart attack that could have been prevented. A diagnosis that arrived a decade too late.

I built this practice to be the opposite of that: medicine devoted entirely to keeping you well — with the same clinical rigor, and the sustained attention that actually changes outcomes.

How we work

One team. Three disciplines.
A plan built around you.

i.

Physician-led

Lab panels, DEXA, VO₂ max, cardiac risk scoring, continuous glucose monitoring — interpreted by a board-certified physician who designs your plan, not just your paperwork.

ii.

Movement, done right

Strength and conditioning guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy — built on real movement science, and adapted as your body changes.

iii.

Nutrition that fits

Personalized guidance from a registered dietitian — grounded in your labs, your goals, and what's realistic for how you actually eat.

Who it's for

For people who take their health as seriously as everything else they've built.

Executives, founders, and professionals who want a health plan with the same rigor they bring to the rest of their life.

We're keeping this practice intentionally small.
